Sales and Refunds

Last updated: May 22, 2026. How we sell WCKD Forms, how yearly updates billing works, and when refunds may apply. See also our Licence Policy and Terms of Use.

1. All Sales Final and Discretionary Refunds

Because WCKD Forms is a self-hosted digital product with immediate delivery, and we provide transparent presentation of its features prior to purchase, all sales are generally considered final. We stand proudly behind the quality of our product. However, WCKD Marketing®, Inc. understands that exceptional circumstances occur and may, at its sole discretion, elect to issue a full or partial refund as a gesture of goodwill.

2. Currency and Taxes

All prices, transactions, and potential refunds are processed exclusively in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes are calculated automatically at checkout via Stripe based on your billing location. We make no guarantees regarding currency exchange rates and are not responsible for variations caused by exchange rate fluctuations.

3. Updates Subscription and Cancellations

After the initial updates period included with your purchase, you may subscribe to an optional annual updates plan. You may cancel this subscription at any time via your license dashboard. If you cancel, your access to updates and support will continue until the end of the current paid billing period, but the subscription will not renew. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused months of an active subscription.

4. License Revocation on Refund

If a discretionary refund is approved and processed for any reason, the sale is fully rescinded. Your license key and access to updates will be terminated immediately, and you are legally obligated to remove the software and all related files from your servers.

5. How to Request Assistance

To submit a request for a discretionary refund or to inquire about billing, please contact our support team via your client portal. We reserve the right to deny refund requests for situations such as a change of mind after accessing the software, failure to review system requirements, or issues stemming from third-party hosting environments.
