1. Zero Data Access and Self-Hosted Architecture

WCKD Forms is a self-hosted software application installed on infrastructure you control. Because of our database-first pipeline, we do not collect, process, host, or have any access to the form submissions, lead data, or configurations processed by your WCKD Forms deployment. Your workflows stay on your servers, and your data never leaves your control.

2. Non-Applicability of Data Processing Agreements (DPAs)

Because WCKD Marketing®, Inc. does not receive, store, or have access to the end-user data collected via your forms, we are acting exclusively as a software provider, not a SaaS or service provider. Therefore, we do not act as a "Data Processor" under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), PIPEDA, or similar regulations. As a result, we do not maintain or execute Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) for WCKD Forms customers.

3. Information We Collect (WCKD Forms Website & Updates)

This Privacy Policy exclusively covers the limited data we collect when you visit the WCKD Forms website, create a customer account, interact with our support teams, or when your software pings our servers for updates. We collect the bare minimum of personal data necessary to administer accounts, which includes: your name, billing email address, purchase history, and support correspondence. Additionally, when your self-hosted WCKD Forms installation checks our servers for software updates, we automatically capture the website URL, software version number, and a timestamp, which is associated with your license key and email address. We do not sell or mine this corporate or telemetry data. Payments are processed securely via Stripe, and we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

4. Website Tracking, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity

While our self-hosted software does not track your end-users, we do utilize tracking technologies on our own storefront website (wckd.marketing) to improve our products and advertising. We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replays. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. By using our site, you agree that we and these third parties can collect and use this data. If you wish to opt out of having your visit tracked, you may change your browser settings to refuse cookies or use tools such as the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. 5. Third-Party Integrations and Webhooks

WCKD Forms allows you to connect your forms to third-party services (such as Zapier, Make, or various CRMs) via webhooks. If you configure your self-hosted installation to transmit data to these third parties, that data is governed by the respective privacy policies of those services. WCKD Marketing®, Inc. has no visibility into, or control over, data transiting from your server to these external endpoints.
