This buffer gives your projects dedicated breathing room. It allows our team the freedom for extra revisions, creative exploration, and thoughtful problem-solving. This means we can handle unexpected opportunities or navigate busy periods without ever rushing the work or sending you a surprise invoice.

We see it as our way of maintaining a steady, predictable "heartbeat" for your marketing efforts. If we notice that we're consistently using significantly more or less than your committed time, we will proactively discuss adjusting your plan with you. Our goal is to ensure you are always on the right plan, tailored to your business rhythm.

Certain activities—such as running ad campaigns or using specialized software—may incur additional costs. Hours required beyond your plan’s included hours will be billed at the discounted hourly rate corresponding to your chosen commitment level (Hourly, Monthly Commitment, or Annual Commitment). We will always discuss and seek approval for any additional costs upfront.

Our annual plans offer the best pricing by providing a significant discount in exchange for a year-long commitment. If you need to cancel before your contract ends, you’ll be responsible for repaying the portion of the discount associated with the months you have already used.

For example, if your discounted rate is $1,710/month and the standard monthly plan rate is $2,052/month, the difference ($342) is the monthly discount. If you cancel after 4 months, the adjustment amount would be $342 × 4 = $1,368 + HST.

This adjustment helps balance the value received with the commitment made. We’re committed to working with you if unexpected circumstances arise to find the best path forward.

• All prices and invoices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and subject to Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) where applicable.
• Monthly and Annual plans are billed monthly on the 1st, with payment due within 15 days.
• Pay-As-You-Go plans usually require a deposit (commonly 50%) upfront, with the balance paid upon completion. Other payment options include a 40/30/30 split or a fixed initial fee followed by equal monthly payments.
• Processing fees for credit cards and third-party payment services (e.g., PayPal, Square) may be added to your invoice total. These fees will be clearly disclosed before payment and reflect the actual cost of processing.
• Any third-party expenses or subscriptions required for your project are billed separately and will be approved by you in advance.
• We work exclusively with WCKD Marketing creators based in Canada, prioritizing clients within the same region for effective collaboration.
